Kristi Kongi's main field of practice is painting. She focusses on color, light, space and text. Kongi closely engages with the mechanisms of emotional memory, offering an opportunity to experience color and light of bygone situations. For the artist, painting functions as a way to document various spaces and objects of personal importance, thereby capturing time.
